After 3 years, I still love it.

SKinnell, Amazon
13 April 2014
  • Summary: I realize that smart phones are quickly making MP3 players obsolete, but this one is great if a separate music player is what you want. With 8 GB of storage, I still have not filled mine up.

it's good!

M. Gonzales, Amazon
7 May 2012
  • Summary: I loved mine, had it for 3 years, *battery life great*, takes a beating and keeps working. The issue people have with battery drain is because you have to make sure that you turn it off after unplugging it from computer..

Works great for me

Holly Cruse "Holly C.", Amazon
7 February 2012
  • Summary: I've had my Aria for almost 2 years now and it has never given me any trouble. I work in a warehouse, 12 hour shifts, and even when the battery is on its last bar it makes it through the day. I don't use it for its video-playing ability, just music.

Not so much...

iluv2befit, Amazon
2 September 2011
  • Summary: To be fair, I will start by saying this had really good bass to it with right bass ear phones. However, after awhile this player got real buggy and it wasn't working well with Rhapsody as much anymore which is my main source of putting music on my players.

phillips GoGear

Robert P. Motz "rpm", Amazon
7 February 2011
  • Summary: Overall I would say this quality player. Ease of use --- once you get use to it, switching between artists and albums, is a little consuming. Sound -- well I am not sure can improve on the sound when have to use an audio cable, your as good as the cable and stero playing out of.

Disappointed "Improvements"

Michael Edick "edickent", Amazon
1 February 2011
  • Summary: I own other Arias, picked up this one for my wife. Software that came with this "new" Aria interfered with my old Rhapsody, the auto-run file on the mini-CD immediately tripped my McAfee anti-virus as a trojan, and I have yet to be able to load videos onto this Aria (I can load them just fine on my...

Great price, plenty of memory!

RickK, Amazon
11 January 2011
  • Summary: This Philips GoGear is better than the old version I owned prior, but they both have served me well. This is a great alternative to much higher priced mp3 players, with its ease of use and it's not a no-name cheap mp3 player.

Aria...great value

Terry Rock "Saabjock", Amazon
5 December 2010
  • Summary: This little player is one heck of a good deal. I replaced the original headphones for one with a better sound driver and the thing really came alive with brilliant sound. As to battery life, do not run the display at max brightness.
