Summary: Had this one for 6 yrs with three bike rides on the beach every week and took it to work. I've dropped it sweat on it, its been in the heat the cold etc. But I have to also say its easy to work and load and the menus are people friendly and great sound and if your like me I like an mp3 player to have a good clean crisp sound and great volume.
Summary: I made the biggest mistake by buying this product. It worked reasonably well for about two months until it crashed and never worked again. I called the manufacturer and did some research; apparently there is a glitch with this specific model. Unfortunately Philips told me there was nothing I could do. Money gone down the drain. Do not waste your time on this product!
Summary: Great player. Needs volume fix. Can't increase volume sufficiently in noisy environments to hear well. Lack of accessories to carry player is a problem. Not a player you can wear to exercise. Can't attach to your body. It is also pretty heave - as players go. Features are great though. Using windows media player to sync files is very easy. All-in-all a good buy for a quality player!
Summary: Great little product, its great looking, simple to use and is of the highest quality I bought mine from a local store because it was on sale, I didnt expect much of it as it mainly was going to be used in my car with a tape deck adapter since my car doesn't have a CD player. But I ended up using it nearly every day because it was so great.
Summary: I was really excited when I bought this player; I thought it would be awesome. I took it home after buying it and it was nice, cool UI, and it worked with Windows Media Player. The buttons felt plasticy, though. Unfortunately, after a few weeks, the player got screwy. Windows Media Player had put an XML file named WMPInfo on my player that held information about it. My player got confused and starting calling my songs WMPInfo.
Summary: Pros: For many the 4Gb of storage should be plenty. It's relatively easy to use thought I've not yet figured out how to separate my songs out so they're not just one big bunch to have to search through. The video capability is good though the screen is not overly large. Overall it's just fine. Cons: One huge one for me. No 'resume' feature and that's a deal breaker for me. I wanted to use it mainly to listen to podcasts that are amost 2 hours long.
Summary: I bought one of these and loved. I put everything from my computer and still have over 2 gigs left. I bought this one to give to my daughter. She "borrows" mine, so maybe now I can actually use it!
Summary: I bought this GoGear about a week and a half ago and I have been having problems with it since I've had it. The potential of having pictures, video, music and fm tuner for the price was great so I decided to give it a try. It has been frozen more than it has been working. Syncing it has been a joke. When I finally did get something on it, the music sounded ok, the video looked nice, but it's functioning never lasted.
