Summary: Worst MP3 player ever, you regret this purchase a) The shuffle function is a joke. It will consistently play the same songs in the same order everytime. There's no tricking it. b) It does not remember the last song you played, so you will be listening to the same first 10 o 20 songs forever.
why does Amazon carry this product? and why does Philips ignore customer service?

Summary: I bought this player and initially liked it for a more robust sound than my earlier Philips mp3 player. However, the device failed and I couldn't get it restored. I was told by customer service to take it to a repair place which would cost more than buying a new device. It was only 6 months old.
Summary: I Bought this product on June 29, 2013 and got it on July 5th, 2013. This device has been giving me some issues. It won't stay charged for very long, and it keeps Deleting all the music it had on it. I'm constantly putting music back on the device at least every 3 weeks.
Summary: I am so disappointed with this purchase. I can't believe I paid over 100 dollars for something that didn't even last a week! I should have just saved more money and purchased something better. The problem that I have is that the battery doesn't last long.
Summary: Ordered this for my 13yr old son. We had it less than a month before it broke and went to white screen if it even turned on at all. Returned it for a refund which Amazon handled very well and we were pleased with. Disappointed by the product..

Summary: there are bugs in the software, it hiccups and turns off suddenly, locking itself without any input from me. and the battery won't hold a charge. the earbuds will not stay in my ears no matter how hard i wedge them in, and they sound mediocre. i regret the purchase.
Summary: I got this mp3 player figuring I would use it just for Audible, since the packaging says it's Audible compatible. At first I was mystified that it didn't show up in iTunes when I plug the super-short and inconvenient USB cord into the computer.
Summary: Although received in a timely manner I received the wrong product. The model number in the description was different from what W sent to me. I was told that I'd get a refund which I did but I stressed that wasn't what I wanted. I just wanted the RIGHT product.
