Summary: this product worked for a month then it broke, when the device was working it was very slow and I had to restart the system every half an hour. the worst part is that I couldn't get a refund! do not get this item!
Summary: I like Philips MP3 players. I liked both the Aria and the Ariaz. They would play mp3s and WMAs. They had sleep timers that would shut down after a pre-determined amount of time. They mostly just play music and audiobooks and FM radio. The Android does not play WMAs. The Android does not have a sleep timer function.
Summary: this is a strong device it is good sound and recieption is great i use it when i go walking and its grey metal cover is silver the feel of this is i say a great purchase if considering this mp3 player chose this its a bundle all in one see for yourself a great find.
Summary: I cannot recommend this unit. The problem is that when the unit is allowed to run until the battery is depleted (a commonplace occurrence) the unit seizes up and it is very difficult to get the battery to take a charge. I was able to get it running after the first incident, but not the second.
Summary: This thing has all the features that it advertises, but can't play more than 3 or 4 songs on shuffle before it stops. Also, it shuts down sometimes & you can't turn it back on without hitting the reset button. So much for continuity. I though this would be great so I wouldn't have to tie up my smart phone which has most (10 GB) of my music collection and also pandora.
Summary: I ordered this specifically for compatibility with my Rhapsody subscription. You can access the service but you can't download your songs. It works only when streaming and connected to a WiFi network. Other than that it works as advertised, but you might as well spend a few more dollars for a low end tablet or save money and get a high end MP3 player. The screen is small and it has limited functionality. I haven't used it at all.
Summary: once you go through many many many attempts at downloading music and then downloading instructions for presets on radio stations the sound quality is actually excellent compared to other phillips or creative zen mp3 players however a lot of times the songbird or radio activity is showing that the system is down.
