Summary: This is my second Zune player. I only use this to play music for working out, and for that I believe the zune is perfect since it is small and pretty difficult to break. I have a few small complaints with the player, things I also noticed with my last player. For one, water condensation seems to get under the screen after it's been used for awhile. It eventually dissipates, but I can't imagine it is great for the player.
Summary: I purchased the 4 GB a couple of months ago. The Zune itself is actually a great mp3 player for the money: the interface is simple but effective, sound quality seems to be on par with my old Ipod Nano, and transferring/organizing songs on it is a breeze. The battery, however, leaves much to be desired. After just two or three weeks of occasional use, the battery life plummeted down to one hour (one hour for simply listening to songs, not watching videos/playing games).
Summary: As usual, I had difficulty with this product. I had owned a Zune when it was first available and stopped using it. My hope was that this one was easier to use regarding synching. I am not impressed with the web page quick play, nor the quick play page itself. Why I bought this product? I don't know. I live in a rural area and sometimes can pick up my favorite music website, so Zune is easier to have at home and in the SUV. It also saves the age of my cell phone.
Summary: I don't like Ipods. Or anything made by Apple. I'm not a hater, i just don't like them. So i gave Zune a chance. The player itself looks great. Holds enough songs, pictures and videos. Great screen also. Easy to sync , great . But is pointless to buy them. They don't have a costumer service anymore. They do, but they will never reply to you.
Summary: This product is in very good condition and was well worth the money. The only problem is the battery doesn't hold a charge for as long as my first one did, and the battery signal in the corner doesn't accurately show how much power is left.
Summary: This is a really well made MP3 player. It's easy to navigate thru the index to find music that your looking for and plays really well. However I can only give it 3 stars because the software seems to have a mind of its own. It will load up about half of my music from my PC ( media player)and when I try to burn "store" bought CD's to the Zune software on my PC, it just does not like some CD's and loads them without any info such as song titles, album titles.
Summary: A few words on my Zune 120G experience... This is a 3-star review because my Zune lasted about 4 years before starting to conk out recently. The unit was never without minor problems, such as the unit unexpectedly restarting while playing music, syncing issues, the unit locking although the lock button was off, and the drastic dip in the battery life. In the past 3 months, all these problems are becoming more and more frequent (almost daily).
