Summary: The MP3 player arrived but when I attempted to start it up it would not. I proceeded to slow charge it for 48 hours. The only thing that I can assume is that it's battery what dead to begin with. I sent it back and switched to an IPod Nano.
Didn't like the need to go to MS website to use your own music

Summary: I found it was a real pain to have to go to Microsoft's website to upload and use your own music. I returned this after struggling with it for several days. Opted to get another brand that allowed me to load music directly from my own library.
Summary: Received item promptly and followed directions for setting up. The item did not work at all though. I contacted seller and they were very quick to give a full refund of the item. I really appreciate that and give the seller FIVE stars.
Summary: I ordered this to replace my old mp3 player that recently gave out on me. I basically only use it when working out, cleaning house, etc. I bought this listed as "like new, 90 day warranty." All lies. I plugged it in to my computer with the provided "new" charger as the instructions stated.
Summary: Was kinda suprised that microsoft put this out. I spent a little extra to get a brand for my son so he wasnt walking around with a sanyo or other cheap brand electronic company - the box came busted up, but thats fine, i dont need the box. the item came refurbished, completely dead.
Summary: wish I had seen the product reviews on this Refurb before I purchased this. We had the same problem as everyone else, Product will not hold a battery charge. It works until you take it off of the computer or charger and then will not even turn on.
