Didn't like the need to go to MS website to use your own music

Summary: I found it was a real pain to have to go to Microsoft's website to upload and use your own music. I returned this after struggling with it for several days. Opted to get another brand that allowed me to load music directly from my own library.
Summary: I ordered this to replace my old mp3 player that recently gave out on me. I basically only use it when working out, cleaning house, etc. I bought this listed as "like new, 90 day warranty." All lies. I plugged it in to my computer with the provided "new" charger as the instructions stated. It didn't seem to be charging so I left it plugged in and came back to check on it about a half hour later only to find that the battery had basically ruptured.
Summary: wish I had seen the product reviews on this Refurb before I purchased this. We had the same problem as everyone else, Product will not hold a battery charge. It works until you take it off of the computer or charger and then will not even turn on. We tried many different things to try and make it work. Also, when registering the zune.. it said that 90 day Refurbished warranty had expired in August.

Summary: I ordered this product from Amazon and it was filled by aceelectronix.com. The product arrived and I was super excited since these Zune 16 GB units are hard to find and I like them a lot. However, after getting them set up, they both failed. I tried everything to get them fixed on my own. Called the Microsoft people, called the aceelectronix people, asked friends, etc. In every case, I was told that I should just return them.
Summary: We have received 3 different pink Zunes. None of them would hold a charge. The seller informed my husband that they have been having problems w/the pink ones, but not the other colors. I'm going to try a different color and hopefully it works. I'm disappointed though, because I really wanted PINK!
Summary: Player did not work had to be returned for refund, I have had this product before and it worked well. I would buy another one if they still sold them in stores, I will not buy another one online. I have since bought a samsung galaxy player.
Summary: Words cannot express how thoroughly upset I am. Although the package arrived in a timely fashion and it all seemed new, the main product, the Zune player, was nonfunctional and, it seems, I will not be able to repair it even through the service repair. Although Zune is known for its faulty programs, most of them are quite easy to solve through troubleshooting and customer support. The low quality of this product sent by this company is inexcusable.
