Large screen, great value

Summary: Been using this for about 2 months. Use it for both music and video. For music - battery life is great at 6-8 hours. Sound quality is good (though I am not an audiophile) , and you can select from a half a dozen equalizer options including creating your own.
Summary: The player went beyond my expectations. The only drawback are the cheap earbuds. No problem, I expected to buy a separate, more comfortable set. Prompt delivery and very easy to follow and use.
Summary: I too bought this player as a more reasonably priced option to the ipod. I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of use for the music function, but am terribly disappointed with the video function.
Summary: The MP3 player had rust on it right out of the package. When you moved the headphone connector around it was scratchy. I got most of the rust off with some metal cleaner and I fixed the scratchy noise with WD40. Good thing this thing was cheap.
Summary: This is my first mp3 player; it was a Christmas gift. I am a part of that generation that expects manufacturers to provide instructions with products. There was a booklet which the manufacturer called a manual, but the typos in the text didn't inspire a lot of confidence.
Summary: This thing wrecked two harddrives, one on a Mac and one on a Dell. Both caused by a short in the USB. The Mach Speed people won't pay for the harddrives, I'm down two computers, my two sons are both down one Christmas gift. These things can be destructive.
Summary: This one sounds like a high efficienty multimedia player. Because its screen takes over one side of the player with control buttons on top. Very easy to operate. Holding one like this, one would never think about ipod (those much more expensive ones with very limited option when it comes down to...
Summary: I ordered this as a gift to my grandson some of the reviews were good and some were bad. Neither of our computers would read the mp3 when it was hooked up to download via the USB cord. I am sending it back and spending the money for an Ipod.
Summary: The only thing not awful is the battery life, which really doesn't say much. the buttons are not really buttons, It is just a piece of sheet metal cut into a few sections. The 1.8" screen is horrendous. The quality is reminiscent of players from the 90's.
