Was not compatible with my Windows XP computer while my prior T10 was compatible

Michael B. McCarthy, Amazon
20 October 2013
  • Summary: My 5-year old IRiver T10 reached it's end of life. I bought the new one, but cannot download to it from my old computer. My Son has a newer computer than mine, and can download the mp3 files to the T10 without difficulty. I've tried installing updates to my computer but with no success. I'm an HP retiree and I was a computer programming teacher more than 50-years ago.

I love iriver products

Richard Sibley, Amazon
17 October 2011
  • Summary: My first iriver product was a portable CD player. I thought it was really cool that I could actually update the firmware on it! Since then I've owned several iriver mp3 players. I love how many options this unit has, and how much it can be customized. I looked into the newer iriver products, and it seems that they no longer offer the same level of options anymore. So I decided to get this unit, even though it's a bit older now.

Only Good Player that Takes External Batteries!!!

russellbowman, Ebay
28 August 2011
  • Summary: Only Good Player that Takes External Batteries!!! Has enough room for 5 hrs of music. Perfect for taking camping when you can't recharge an internal battery. You can bring a whole bunch of rechargeables with you. Duracell are the best especially if you get the 2650nmh.

It's a great player, but...

oortcloud, Amazon
19 May 2011
  • Summary: It's a great player -- no doubt about it. The sound quality is one of the best among mp3 players. The radio is topnotch. That said, one has to be out of his mind to pay $150 for this aged player considering so many other options on the market. I picked up a 2GB version on Ebay 3 years ago for $80.

  • Summary: I had an older Iriver player that had the finger selector go bad. The T10 has quite a few improvement and the lady I got it from was a pleasure to deal with!

Mp3 Player Iriver T10

vincenzo6363, Ebay
31 May 2010
  • Summary: This is the best MP3 Player ever made. It has 54 hours of autonomy with one AA battery, it's simply umbeliaveable that they stopped to make it! One has to try it to understand the manufacturing quality, project enginnering and so on. As a matter of fact the used ones are very requested items from people who know about it.

EASE OF USE

Thaddeus Rice, Amazon
8 December 2009
  • Summary: I personally like iriver T10, because I've had one for years. The product I ordered was for my wife because of it's friendly usage and also because it used one AA battery for long playing time. However, the mp3 I ordered from you had several songs already installed and would not allow songs to be downloaded from WMA. I attribute this flaw to the possible defection of the unit. I suggest this particular mp3 in your stock not be sold until it is adequately repaired.

IRiver T10 (512 MB) MP3 Player

sain1957, Ebay
27 November 2009
  • Summary: I actually own several of these IRiver T10 models (from 512 up to 2GB). The reasons I do are several: first they are powered by external batteries (not that Apple/Ipod thing where you have to send your player in to have the battery "surgically" replaced) and they play for many hours on a AA battery before they need replacing; next, they are very easy to load/manage with regard to music; you can run them as either MTP or UMS versions which makes drag/drop of music files a...
