Summary: I owned a Creative Labs "Zen" 4GB model before this one and was VERY happy with that unit. It died so I decided to buy one with a larger capacity.
Summary: I was suckered into buying another creative product after receiving a 'discount certificate' as a result of a class action suit concerning another of their mp3 players.
Conclusion: If you use playlists, forget about it. It might be a good choice for a small child's first mp3 or an adult who does not use playlists.
Pros: Terrific screen, wi-fi, MP3 bang for the $
Cons: Not user friendly!, Creative Central player manager takes forever to do anything, it is not compatible with Windows Media Player, battery life between charging is rotten.
Blind lady ripped off. No tech support. No library audio books.
