Summary: I received this creative mp3 player as a birthday present back in 2007. This mp3 player was defective right out of the box! This player won't even charge a bit. Not even 1% up! Then after 6 hours of being on the charger, it stops charging unless you unplug it and plug it back in!
Summary: Surprised to see this still listed on Amazon. It's an oldie, but still a goodie. MP3 players are so cheap now that we have half a dozen around the house, one superseding another as prices drop and functions increase. Knock on wood, I've never had a problem with mine.
Summary: i love the size of these and the small gb is perfect for my needs. They were very difficult to sync, it took us a while to figure it out. But now that everything is on the ZEN it is working fine.

Summary: These are "DISPOSABLE" players. Unless you can afford to buy a new one every year - DON'T SHOP CREATIVE PRODUCTS. Their customer service is absolutely horrible! My little daughter saved all her change for weeks and weeks to buy herself this player expecting it to last a long time.
