Summary: I've had this MP3 player for a good while.... Got it new for over $200 dollars and after watching the market for almost two years I realize what a bad deal that was. I suppose it is worth the $129 price. My main problems with it were the following: 1. small screen.
Summary: While Zen may be a trancendental state of mind, this ZEN will put you in a less enlightened frame of mind if you buy it. I did and now have lived to regret it. The unit frequently freezes and can be reset with a paperclip.
Summary: Less than 2 months after purchase the buttons stopped working, and the manufacturer was difficult to deal with. No useful support or responsibility. Amazon, which is where I purchased, gave me an 80% refund. Disappointing.
Summary: I received the Zen Sleek in early January. I used it about a month with no problems except the occasional freezing up that is apparently pretty common with this item. With a paper clip reboot, you can undo that problem pretty quickly.
Summary: I got this player and I was pretty excited. I hooked it up to my computer and it worked fine for two days. The third day it stopped recognizing the device. I did everything I could think of...checked out the online directions and did everything they suggested as well.

Summary: We purchased this MP3 player and before a year was up we had problems with it. Sent it in to the manufacturer for repair (cost $25). It worked for less than 30 days after repair. Before we had any problems we recommended this product to a friend.
Summary: When I saw this item I liked the idea having 20GB at my disposal. Some people have complained about the controls on this is kind of hard to master. I had no problems figuring out the buttons on the player itself.
Summary: In case you've come across info about this product that says it works with Windows 2000...don't learn the hard way, like I did. The product is only supported by XP or higher...if you have Windows 2000, it will NOT work (Unless you are using Windows 2000 in Asia, according to Deepak, the Creative...
