Summary: I have to believe that the negative reviews on this product are due to operator error. My used sleek showed up w/1600 songs on it. I plugged it into my laptop which recognized it immediatly. I deleted most of the songs(sorry brittney and J-Lo) and loaded my library (you know,with good music).
