Summary: The Zen mosaic has been a great device for listening to audio books and music. It gets heavy constant daily use and held up well for 3 yrs. When it finally gave out I researched my options and bought it again.
Summary: This is my second time buying a 16 gb Zen mozaic with built-in speaker. My first experience was fantastic. It lasted 4 years (way better than the ipod I had for 18 months before it broke). After 4 years the screen died out, not bad for being put the washing machine 3 times over its lifetime and being left in the snow. The size if perfect, not too big but still easily visible. I am yet to find a drawback to this product.
Summary: Recently, my 7yo son was prone to stealing my or my wife's cell phones to play music. I bought a Creative Zen Mozaic 4 GB MP3 player for him as a holiday gift to alleviate the problem. Upon receiving the device, I immediately hooked it up with the attached USB cable to the computer to charge it.
Summary: I GOT THIS PRODUCT FOR MY 10 YR OLD SON.HE WANTED IT FOR A CHRISTMAS GIFT FOR HIM WITH THE MONEY HE GOT.SO WE WENT ON-LINE TO SEARCH THE WEB FOR GOOD MP3 PLAYERS.....THIS 1 WAS THE BEST PRICE FOR WHAT HE WANTED.THIS ZEN PLAYER HAD GREAT REVIEWS....SO WE WANTED IT.I CAN'T BE ANY HAPPIER FOR HIM,IT IS A GREAT MP3 PLAYER AND IT IS GREAT FOR THE PRICE. THANK YOU CREATIVE LABS FOR MAKING A 10 YR OLD HAVE A GREAT NEW YEAR!!!!
Summary: By P. Smith I received this item yesterday. Charged it up. Attached my player and no sound. It helps to turn it on. For little speakers...wow...they sound amazing. Charged fast, easy to use. Haven't had it long enough to confirm 15 hour battery life...so only 4 stars for that. Very pleased with this purchase, especially since I got it for only $26. Will use this out in the yard and in the garage...no more lugging around my old bulky boombox..
Summary: I went to several PC and Apple review websites for MP3 players before finally deciding on this Zen by Creative because I knew nothing about MP3 player pros and cons between the brands and models available. All I knew is that I did not have $200 for an ipod nano. My criteria in the order of importance was 1. price, 2. sound 3.functionality and compatibility with any headset and laptop 4. sturdiness 5. size 6. color. For $50 this 2GB player is a great deal.
Summary: I bought this item as a gift for my wife whose older model Zen was beginning to show signs of age. She uses it exclusively for audio books, and has found it smaller, lighter, and easier to use than the older model. For such applications the "bookmark" feature is indispensable -- and the Zen version works well. We are both quite pleased with this product.
