Summary: I think the product itself is great however the software that comes with it is terrible. It is memory intensive and clunky and no very user friendly. I never understood why you would ever want to do anything other than drag and drop.
Summary: I got this to go along with the MP3 player by the same company. It broke after only a few months use. We replaced it and it did the same again. By broke, I mean it stopped working, so perhaps a solder point or something. Nothing we could figure out. But it was great while it lasted.
Summary: Two stars. Likely worth the modest cost but it is technology and software that is 3 or 4 years old. Maybe I haven't worked hard enough at it but I found managing the files and albums difficult on both the device and the software.
Better than ipod for audiobooks, not as good as original Zen

Summary: I bought this refurbished 8GB Zen Mozaic when the battery life on my beloved Creative Zen became a real problem after six years of reliable use. I use the Zen almost exclusively for Overdrive audiobooks from my library and podcasts and the 8GB storage has not been an issue.
Summary: The price can't be beat, but you the quality is definitely equal to it. I bought this to replace my Zune, which I loved, and now I wish I just bought another one of those. If you like to customize your technology, this is not for you. It does the bare minimum, play your music.
Great for stashing quick songs on, but terrible software!

Summary: When I first got it, it worked fine, i put a lot of songs on it worked alright. The issues started happening when i synced it with my library. It synced it twice, doubling a lot of songs instead of giving an option to replace them.
Summary: Getting a replacement..mine keeps freezing and dying...hopefully better experience with the next one. Creative hasn't done me wrong in the past...Love the little thing, exactly what I wanted, will update after the next one to see if it's just mine or a defect with all of them...
Summary: I have had 5 different zen mp3 players. I have enjoyed them all. The Zen media explorer works great. The devices are great also. The mosaic uses Centrale explorer to load media. It is a step backward from Zen Media Explorer.
Summary: First off this is a great product for the price. Previously I had a Zen Stone Plus which I absolutely loved. I gave it away to a friend when I made this purchase. Part of what makes Creative products so great is their simple logic and versatility.
