Warranty is not worth crap!

  • Summary: I loved my Mozaic EZ 300, but when it stoped working after a few momths I was not alarmed becouse I still had a warranty. Well I contacted Creative and went through the prosses everything was fine. In about 2 weeks I received the replacement. That is where the problem started. I recieved something "Zen style 300" that all the eccesories I bought don't work, the battery keeps going dead, there were no instructions on operating it.

Never again will I buy from Creative

  • Summary: I brought the Zen Mozaic EZ 300 from Creative and never again will I ever buy another device from Creative. After two months, the player froze up and konk out. I kept trying to use Creative's web-site to fix the player and the instructions it gives to follow does not work. When I tried to find a way to return the player the site eithewr gives the run around. There is no number to call and Amazon's return policy is only 30 days.

Not compatible with Windows 7?

  • Summary: I have used Creative players for several years. I researched customer reviews on Amazon before I decided to purchase the Zen Mosaic EZ300 MP3 player. This model does not have a hold button. One of the buttons, the rewind button would stick when I was navigating the menus, so it would kick me out of a chosen menu into the level above, repeatedly. This player would crash at least once a day and need to be reset.

not happy

  • Summary: When this works it is great I bought my first one last Sept. since then I have had to return it plus 2 others to be repaired it gets stuck on rebuilding and nothing clears it and I have to send it in. This last time they say the units are on backorder and I have been without an MP3 player for 6 weeks, in fact I should have just bought something else as I have essentially been out of one more than I have had the use of it.

  • Summary: I have gotten Zen players for my husband, sisters this is the third one I have had to return for replacement or to be fixed. I am very disappointed. I have been trying to not buy Apple but Creative is not leaving me much of an option.

Nice little machine. It lasted less than 6 months

  • Summary: I bought this because we have had good luck with other creative products. We have purchased multiple Zunes, and the original creative mosaic. These devices worked well and lasted until something bad happened to them. It seemed like a good idea to buy from the same company. This was purchased as a Christmas gift and was dead by April! The user is a gentle girl. It wasn't abused at all.

  • Summary: Allow me to begin this review by, as noted by my apparent unequal star ratings, the product itself is actually very nice... when it works. The sound quality is good (I used it with the built-in speaker, headphones, and an in-car cassette adapter), and I have virtually no trouble with it.

Horrible mp3

  • Summary: This mp3 player was bought for my daughter for her birthday and she said that after a week of using the product skipped seconds in songs or just didn't play them at all. then this week the player erased all her songs on the device, which was 700 songs, shortly after that it wouldn't turn on and the mp3 player wouldn't dock onto the computer. I don't know whether or not was just this player. I can't believe all that we went through with this player!

Returned two of these!

  • Summary: We purchased one of these for our son at Christmas. It started skipping after about 3 weeks. Returned it for another. Now 8 days out of warrantee it does the same thing. Can't get a full refund, or so they say! we'll see!
