Summary: I loved my Mozaic EZ 300, but when it stoped working after a few momths I was not alarmed becouse I still had a warranty. Well I contacted Creative and went through the prosses everything was fine. In about 2 weeks I received the replacement. That is where the problem started.
Summary: I brought the Zen Mozaic EZ 300 from Creative and never again will I ever buy another device from Creative. After two months, the player froze up and konk out. I kept trying to use Creative's web-site to fix the player and the instructions it gives to follow does not work.

Summary: I have gotten Zen players for my husband, sisters this is the third one I have had to return for replacement or to be fixed. I am very disappointed. I have been trying to not buy Apple but Creative is not leaving me much of an option.
Summary: When this works it is great I bought my first one last Sept. since then I have had to return it plus 2 others to be repaired it gets stuck on rebuilding and nothing clears it and I have to send it in.
Summary: I bought this because we have had good luck with other creative products. We have purchased multiple Zunes, and the original creative mosaic. These devices worked well and lasted until something bad happened to them. It seemed like a good idea to buy from the same company.
Summary: Allow me to begin this review by, as noted by my apparent unequal star ratings, the product itself is actually very nice... when it works. The sound quality is good (I used it with the built-in speaker, headphones, and an in-car cassette adapter), and I have virtually no trouble with it.

Summary: We purchased one of these for our son at Christmas. It started skipping after about 3 weeks. Returned it for another. Now 8 days out of warrantee it does the same thing. Can't get a full refund, or so they say! we'll see!
