Summary: I loved my Mozaic EZ 300, but when it stoped working after a few momths I was not alarmed becouse I still had a warranty. Well I contacted Creative and went through the prosses everything was fine. In about 2 weeks I received the replacement. That is where the problem started.
Summary: I brought the Zen Mozaic EZ 300 from Creative and never again will I ever buy another device from Creative. After two months, the player froze up and konk out. I kept trying to use Creative's web-site to fix the player and the instructions it gives to follow does not work.
Summary: This would be a great drag and drop player if it didn't freeze up. First it froze during deleting a track (that's another great thing about it--that you can delete tracks without connecting it to the computer). It also has a speaker in addition to the headphone jack.
Summary: I purchased the Zen Mozaic MP3 player to play audio books. The bookmark feature makes it a great device for this purpose. If you have to pause or shut down, just set the bookmark and you will be able to start back just where you left off.
Summary: This is my 3rd Creative Mp3, and second Mozaic and I only bought this one because the last one had been dropped one to many times in puddles. Okay the Cons: The software that comes with Creative's Mp3 players to transfer music is horrible and hasn't been updated substantially in at least six years.
Summary: I purchased this as a replacement for my original Zen Mozaic 8GB that I lost last week. I was very disappointed by this Zen Mozaic EX300 for two main reasons: 1- The Zen Mozaic EZ series does not support MTP. This means I cannot transfer/sync my Windows Media Player playlists to this device.
Summary: When this works it is great I bought my first one last Sept. since then I have had to return it plus 2 others to be repaired it gets stuck on rebuilding and nothing clears it and I have to send it in.
less than 2 months and it does not work...lost everything

Summary: I have gotten Zen players for my husband, sisters this is the third one I have had to return for replacement or to be fixed. I am very disappointed. I have been trying to not buy Apple but Creative is not leaving me much of an option.
