• iam using itfor last 1year. now iam facing problemfor last 2days

  I am using it for last 1year. now i am facing problem for last 2days. i conneected to system for some files to add and after that the will library will update as u know...but it struck in that process ponly....even after reset it is going to that process.no motion in that process...now even it is not showning any connection in system.. can help me..how to slove this problem
