Summary: The product I ordered was used and I ordered new. Once received, I found that the product was not compatible with my computer version and so I returned it. The seller was rude and said that he did not misrepresent the product.I will never order electronics from Amazon again because of this situation. I have requested a refund but have not received it to date.
Summary: In 2006 I bought the ZEN Microphoto on advice with my boyfriend. It was the most logical selection and offered the most bang for my buck. Little did I know that after all the money I spent on this it would not be worth the investment. Order Number: 454406 Belkin TuneCast II FM Transmitter for Creative @ $49.99 x 1 = $49.99 ZEN Micro Leather Case @ $24.99 x 1 = $24.99 ZEN MicroPhoto 8GB Pink @ $249.99 x 1 = $249.99 HN-700 Headphones @ $69.99 x 1 = $69.99 Merchandise...
Summary: The unit is clunky and heavy, but includes a useful hard plastic case, stand, clip and charger. It also seems to be very durable. The touch pad is absurdly sensitive, so you'll need to use the lock feature. The battery is replaceable. (The ZEN V does not have a replaceable battery. When it no longer holds a charge you'll have to buy another player.) Sound quality is okay; I have not yet been able to tune in a radio station.

Summary: 1 star only as giving 0 is not possible. I brought this machine in Thailand but crashed after minimal use. I contacted Customer Services via the web who suggested some procedures to reboot and re-download the software. This failed. I had voiced concerns regarding the warranty being close to expiry but was assured, in writing, that the warranty would be honoured as the fault was reported prior to the warranty cover finishing.
Summary: After just several months my Zen Micro stopped working. Won't charge, won't come on, nothing. I never even dropped it or anything. I looked on the web for tips and found TONS of people have had the exact same problem with theirs. I wish I had just bought an IPOD like I wanted in the first place. It also looks like creative isn't helpful at all. Research the web before you buy this product!
Summary: I paid over $200 for this product and have owned it for over a year. It stopped working altogether. No music, no nothing. So what will the company do about that?... nothing! By checking their website, I have found out that after 60 days of use of the product, they charge $12.99 just to talk to you about any problem. So I sent them an e-mail instead. Their website said they would respond for free. Four days later... no response. So what to do?...
Summary: I'd rate the Zen Micro 0 stars, but it isn't available. I used to like this player; it was cheaper and smaller than a regular Ipod. The first problem I had was the headphone jack. I had to send it out to get fixed. As soon as I got it back it worked okay. A couple of days later, I noticed that it kept freezing on me. I had to open up the back and take the battery out almost every time I turned on the player.
