No good for audiobooks

Amazon Customer, Amazon
9 April 2008
  • Summary: The unit is clunky and heavy, but includes a useful hard plastic case, stand, clip and charger. It also seems to be very durable. The touch pad is absurdly sensitive, so you'll need to use the lock feature. The battery is replaceable. (The ZEN V does not have a replaceable battery.

One of the worst MP3 players ever made

Brandy Alexander, Amazon
15 January 2008
  • Summary: I'm a big techno-geek, but this is been one of the most awkward, horrible experiences I've had trying to get this device to do the simplist things. The application to get your MP3s on this is not user friendly, not intuitive.

Don't waste your money

Jill L. Sergent, Amazon
21 October 2007
  • Summary: After just several months my Zen Micro stopped working. Won't charge, won't come on, nothing. I never even dropped it or anything. I looked on the web for tips and found TONS of people have had the exact same problem with theirs. I wish I had just bought an IPOD like I wanted in the first place.

  • Summary: I paid over $200 for this product and have owned it for over a year. It stopped working altogether. No music, no nothing. So what will the company do about that?... nothing! By checking their website, I have found out that after 60 days of use of the product, they charge $12.99 just to talk to you...

much glitz, little real quality

Classical Chump, Amazon
19 July 2007
  • Summary: I must be the only owner (I have the 5mb model) not to have had the earphone jack problem. But there is still much not to like. To wit: 1. touch pad is too sensitive. It's nearly impossible to get the track I want. 2. The rewind doesn't work and just jumps to the beginning of the track. 3.
