Summary: The sound delivery is very good. However, the touch control one the MP3 player face are small even for my smaller fingers. It is difficult to setup playlists. You need to set them up in a music organizer software like Windows Music Player, save to a file on your hard disk and then transfer to this player.
It's ok but the playlist creation is a pain in the arse.

Summary: Generally, I like this player but creation of a playlist is a pain. Navigation is not via a touchscreen either, so you have to use the arrow buttons. This is ok, but with everything else I own being touch screen, I had to get used to the old school nav all over again! But for the price, this little guy is worth it.
Summary: I bought this to replace an older ZEN which had "fried" when left in my car in the heat. This model is not as "intuitive" to use and the buttons are overly sensitive - especially when carried in my pocket (which I do most of the time). The sound quality is great and I love the light weight. I miss the older version!!!
Summary: I love the Zen for its ease of use and the fact that the bluetooth connection was so easy. That said, the unit keeps freezing and must be reset a few times each week. I have looked to see if there is an update for the software but can't find one.
Summary: I bought 2 of them one is working the other one broke and can't charge , turn on or do anything else...looks like frozen unfortunately ..looking to see if Creative replace it or not as far as it's only few months old.
HEY, MY NEWLY PURCHASED "ZEN" MP3 PLAYER WOULD NEVER WORK...WHAT'S UP WITH THAT?

Summary: CONS: Perhaps, I received a fluke! Did they DROP this product during delivery or what? When I attempted to "power" it up...there was just a BLACK SCREEN...NOTHING! When it arrived, the mailing package...in which, it was delivered was extremely HOT...perhaps, this misfortune somewhat "effected" the enclosed product...I don't know, but it would not work.
Summary: INSTRUCTIONS ARE HARD TO FOLLOW AND THEY ARE NOT BEGINNER USER FRIENDLY. HARD TO CREATE PLAYLISTS. i'M USED TO COPYING STRAIGHT FROM MY FOLDERS AND NOT FROM wmp, BUT EVEN THAT DOES NOT SEEM TRO WORK CORRECTLY, IT JUST PUTS ALL THE SONGS TOGHETHER AND I CAN'T SEEM TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET INDIVIDUAL PLAYLIST LOADED THAT I CAN CHOOSE FROM WHEN I NEED THEM.
Summary: Okay, this Zen M300 is the best MP3 i've got so far (until this point i have had crappy wal-mart 5 dollar ones), but it does have some drawbacks. for one, it sometimes freezes when I try to exit out of a song or move around the menu. It stays in this position until the battery runs out. the video also is a nonentity. the Picture quality is crap, and it's VERY hard to actually get videos on the device.
Not as good as I thought it would be. Short battery life before recharging.

Summary: I went looking for a compact unit that had Bluetooth capability. Just recently, I started using a full face helmet when riding my motorcycle and liked not having wires all over the place. The battery life is not as good as I am used to with my Sony Walkman which is 50 hours, but needs wires for the earphones. The Zen does not have a replacable battery unless you return it to the factory. By the time you pay shipping, the price of the battery, etc.
