I have bought three Zen players over the years and they have gotten progressively worse

Summary: I filled up the hard drive quickly and got a SD card for more space. Get used to seeing the hourglass cuz it takes forever to load, before you even get to the menu screen, and if I put a lot of music on the card it will freeze up on you and you will have to restart it, just to go back and have to delete music to free up space. Older Creative products worked much better for me.
Summary: I expected a lot more from this product. Had I been smart enough to read the other reviews, I would never have bought it. The product description alluded to it having a touch screen, instead it has poorly designed touch controls, both in the size of the responsive area, and the menu interface mapping. It's also pretty bulky, it's around half an inch thick. Another very annoying non-feature is the non-integrated Micro Sd card.
Bluetooth function quit working after a couple weeks. Device wouldn't recognize the SD card

Summary: I had a good experience with a number of Creative MP3 players over the past decade. Therefore, I ignored the lukewarm reviews I read about this player. Unfortunately, the Bluetooth function quit working after a couple weeks. Also, it wouldn't recognize the SD card I put in it (one that was supposed to be compatible, and that worked fine in other devices). Customer service was happy to replace my unit, but the bluetooth didn't work on that one either.
Summary: Got this player about two weeks ago and have to say its the worst piece of equipment i have ever owned. Used for about half a day the first day after wich the battery was over, so i connected it for charging, and the player decided to never turn on again, decided to loog for blogs and pages on the subject only to find out this apparently happens a lot, and since I am an international user, I can't just return it for a refund or to have it exchange.
