Summary: Expected more from a Creative product. We own 3 other products from Creative and these other products produce a very quality sound compared to the M300. Returned this product not only for the poor sound performance but the power switch would stick in the ON position periodically and the SD card would not load every time you turned on the device. The card would have to be re-inserted and would take about a minute to read.
Summary: The sound delivery is very good. However, the touch control one the MP3 player face are small even for my smaller fingers. It is difficult to setup playlists. You need to set them up in a music organizer software like Windows Music Player, save to a file on your hard disk and then transfer to this player.
Summary: I bought this to replace my Meizu Mini Player, because it seemed simple but not simplistic. The menu is easy and intuitive, and the sound is good. It's very small, which I actually really liked, and the controls were touch like the Meizu. Basically, it was the perfect MP3 player for two glorious days. It began glitching and I was annoyed, but not worried.
I have bought three Zen players over the years and they have gotten progressively worse

Summary: I filled up the hard drive quickly and got a SD card for more space. Get used to seeing the hourglass cuz it takes forever to load, before you even get to the menu screen, and if I put a lot of music on the card it will freeze up on you and you will have to restart it, just to go back and have to delete music to free up space. Older Creative products worked much better for me.
Summary: Had it for under a year and it's died 2 or 3 times. I was able to recover it using the reset button until yesterday. It's fully charged and the computer recognizes it but it will not power up or display anything on the screen. I never really liked it anyway. The bluetooth functionality was unreliable and the touch screen was..touchy! Not really good for hiking or exercise. Better for stationary home use.
