"I had this device and it was the best thing that ever!"

tyree89733, CNET
31 December 2011
  • Pros: Connection to TV or any AV-out device to record from, Plays lots of file formats even MKV and OGM, built in equalizer for music, built in microphone, stereo speakers, support for 720p HD, 60GB HDD, comes with headphones, LONG battery life, and small.
  • Cons: Easily Breakable if dropped because of its internal HDD, MKV or OGM cannot switch Audio Stream or subtitle Stream and can easily crash if you overwork it.

Great media player

mikewogden58, Ebay
22 August 2011
  • Summary: Cowon A2 is the best media player on the market. It has a built in Video recorder and you can record directly from the TV or DVD player. It also records and stores around 2000 songs and holds hundreds of pictures. Much better than a MP3 or MP4 player. Would even give a ipod a run for the money.

**Review to ALL types of MP3s**

1337_ownage, Ebay
16 April 2008
  • Summary: Every month, manufacturers unleash even more MP3 players to an increasingly confused public. Not only do these devices have wildly divergent features, but ongoing format wars mean the MP3 player you choose dictates where you can buy your digital music. These devices are anything but one-size-fits-all. First, there's the question of design.

  • Pros: Very feature rich, no clunky hub required for recording, price is competitive compared to the Archos machines, beuatiful interface, SUPERB sound quality, great video quality, great voice recorder...
  • Cons: Higher storage would be nice, and compatibility with software such as Realplayer would be nice
