  • Summary: Only way to stop the background noise is to leave screen backlight turned on which eats up battery. Full charge with backlight on lasts about 4 hours. Email to customer service was never answered.

not the best

  • Summary: I brought this product about 1 mount ago and it has already shown signs of electronic problems. It shorts out and the stereo speaker is horrible, it is very unclean. Also the screen is very easily broken and cost almost the same to buy a new one. I really don't recommend it.

great transition from iPod

  • Summary: let me start off by saying I am switching from an iPod because I don't need a touch, and the new nano is far too... well, nano. it's too small and the older (much better) ones have tripled in price and are used. (mp3 players appreciating, wtf?) so i picked up this one. I found the 4GB at a local "entertainment store chain" (can't say who) and it was 44.99 for the 4GB or 44.99 for the 8GB on Amazon with no tax and $5 shipping. (sold!

Touchpad is a bit tricky.

  • Summary: I just bought this player a week ago and I'm satisfied with it. You get what you pay for, maybe a little more. Long story short, It'll do the job you need it to do. I don't listen to the radio on it mainly because I live in a wide country area and can't pick up a good signal, so I'm not sure how well the tuner works. When you upload your music to it, it automatically sets EVERYTHING to alphabetical order (Artist, Album, Songs). Comes with Standard Equalizer Presets.
