Summary: I picked it up for what seemed like a good price. It has very good sound quality. Setting the functions is a little laboring. Clipping it to the clothing or whateve you want it on is very aggravating. It is a spring tension clip and you have to "slip" it over the clothing area. For the price, it is A+, but over all lacks a little.
Summary: I owned a Philips SA1210/37 1GB MP3 Player, it served it's purpose for 3 years until the audio jack started giving and it started glitching up. I went on eBay and found this MP3 player for a truly jaw-dropping price, $6 free shipping. I snagged it and got it in the mail a couple days later. The features are much better than my Philips.
Summary: The device I received didn't even have an LCD display for one. Then, the button for controlling the on/off, volume, music selection was "VERY" difficult to manage. This mp3 only kept 3 hours of use. The only feature that had any proper worth was the "clip". This Coby MP3 player is truely worthless. The one star rateing is for the "clip".
Summary: Overall I found the MP565 sleek, but cumbersome to operate, controls non responsive. Quality of product is excellent, but not recommended for casual user, specially older folk with less patience, you know who we are.
Pros: Great Sound, Lacks ease of MP200, Sleek/Compact, The MP565 is cumbersome
Summary: I already have two other Coby clip MP3s. The first two were set up in a matter of minutes. This one would not set up using the windows screen as shown in the instructions. I called customer tech support and was told I was #12 in the que, then I was #5 in the que. A few minutes later I was #1 with a 2 minute wait. A few seconds later I was told that all reps were busy and I should call back at a later time and the line went dead.
