Summary: I've had 2 of these now, and BOTH met an early demise. The screen is a resistive screen vs. capactive, which means you have to push on the the screen for it to register. The problem is that there is a gap between the screen and the inner workings, so the screen is super susceptible to cracking. The thing just breaks. It's a faulty design and the product should never have reached consumers. PS.
Summary: Even a patient person has their limits, i had this product for several months, and it worked ok for only 2. I had problems with the touch screen, and sometimes it would shut off when you go and search for a song while it was still playing music. I've sent this mp3 players back and was given a brand new one twice, and still kept having the same problems. Also customer service was nice but there was nobody that could find a solution to my problem.
Summary: This was my second one. I thought the first one worked alright, but i only got sound from 1 side. The problem was not the headphone, but the Jack. The second one did the same after just a few days. Sound from only ond side. AGAIN?! Then it only turned on and the touch screen became unresponsive. What a piece of crap. I won't be buying a 3rd.
Summary: My son got this MP3 the end of July and by mid August it was broken, the touch screen just quit working. I heard good things about this brand, and it work well, when it worked. I mailed it back to Amazon last week and have not heard back from them yet!
Summary: I bought this as a replacement for my Sony Walkman MP3 player, and when put my music onto it, and plugged in my headphones, I was immediately dissatisfied with the audio quality. Even messing with the Equalizer didn't improve it much. I use the Bose OE Headphones, and they sounded great on my Walkman, but on this MP3 player, it didn't do them justice at all. If you want better sound, look elsewhere.
