Summary: I've had 2 of these now, and BOTH met an early demise. The screen is a resistive screen vs. capactive, which means you have to push on the the screen for it to register. The problem is that there is a gap between the screen and the inner workings, so the screen is super susceptible to cracking. The thing just breaks. It's a faulty design and the product should never have reached consumers. PS.
Summary: Even a patient person has their limits, i had this product for several months, and it worked ok for only 2. I had problems with the touch screen, and sometimes it would shut off when you go and search for a song while it was still playing music. I've sent this mp3 players back and was given a brand new one twice, and still kept having the same problems. Also customer service was nice but there was nobody that could find a solution to my problem.
Works FINE make sure battery is fully charged. ALWAYS

Summary: When first received, I checked all features quickly. ALL worked. (not thrilled with file system, but OK) Several months later located this in my desk and tried to get it to work. Screen sensitivity was LOW and menu system was balky. I put it aside, disgusted. Came back 2 days later (still plugged into USB port) Thought I'd give another try, the darn thing fired thru the menus and took a slight touch to access screen features.
Summary: This was my second one. I thought the first one worked alright, but i only got sound from 1 side. The problem was not the headphone, but the Jack. The second one did the same after just a few days. Sound from only ond side. AGAIN?! Then it only turned on and the touch screen became unresponsive. What a piece of crap. I won't be buying a 3rd.
Summary: it worked well for about a year and a half a of very light use. then the the jacked stopped working properly and sound only came out of the left earbud. i popped off the back to look for something wrong and the positive wire from the battery broke so i had to solder it back on. then the touch screen would no longer work but all the connections were undamaged and what good it if it solely is a touchscreen mp3 player.
Summary: My son got this MP3 the end of July and by mid August it was broken, the touch screen just quit working. I heard good things about this brand, and it work well, when it worked. I mailed it back to Amazon last week and have not heard back from them yet!
Summary: I was kinda hesitant about buying this cuz most companies try to copy the ipod and it doesn't work out to good. But this one is actually pretty good. the only thing is getting use to the screen. i think a stylus works better then your fingers but you can use your finger nail just as well as a stylus. and the fm transmitter is decent. it's not great or anything but it does work once you find a spot to set the mp3 player and a good station with little interference.
Summary: Liked all the features this device offered, however, the touch screen was very hard to maneuver. Also didn't like the fact you couldn't delete from the player. The radio took me 3 days to set up. It froze up on me and I ended up returning it. Unless I didyn't calibrated it right, not sure. Maybe I needed more patience with it. Also not too crazy about the pic quality.
