why won't it play my avi vidio file? ive converted to mp4 avi tried downloading from camera ! and phones pc the lot managed to copy files but all it sayes is File Format not supported? any Ideas? Help

I have tried to download Audiobook files but with no luck. The files are visible when I look for them via my computer but don't appear on the Vision 2's screen to play. Any clues?
