Summary: The iPod touch handles various apps well and has internet when connected with WiFi. Smooth metal backing, no scratches on glass screen, and good battery life. Runs iOS6; I haven't tried upgrading to iOS7, nor do I plan to do so. Unfortunately, the charger cable that came along with the iPod broke after only a month or so of use. The charger is not an official Apple product charger, so I will be trying an official Apple one in hopes of better durability.
Summary: When it has came down to Apple, they have definitely met and exceed the innovation of the way we have used computers, to use our phones and played our music over the years. That has definitely been the catalyst for the peers of computers and the past decade with Steve Jobs innovation. The Ipod Touch for the past several years has taken over what made Apple so classic in the first place with their second wind and the electronics industry.
Summary: Apple does not support any tech support. The tried to charge us $300 to provide tech support where the problem is not with the ipod but with the cloud. At first my wife could not get the system to take. I kept telling her to remove the icloud and when she finally listened, the ipod uploaded. The icloud is crap and will not allow the ipod to update. Hopefully people read this after they purchase the ipod because the icloud does not function the way apple states it does.
Summary: The device works fine, with the included scuffs and scratches promised in the item description. One thing I wasn't happy about was that the purchased iPod Touch was not shipped in any sort of cardboard box, but instead, a padded envelope. Because of it's unsafe shipping conditions, the iDevice was damaged slightly on the top left corner (It looks as if a heavier package landed on top of the padded envelope) chipping the glass screen and bending the metal casing a tad...
