Great condition but can't update to iOS 7.

Summary: Was delivered quickly and in like-new condition. Great for kids in terms of playing games, texting, Skyping, etc. Screen quality and overall performance is more than adequate. Only downside is that you cannot update the 4th generation iPod to iOS 7 so you are somewhat limited in the app store.
Summary: I was so excited to get an itouch finally and was so disappointed when I went to the app store and found every app I wanted I couldn't get because I needed to update to iOS 7.0 or 8.0 in order to download the apps. I don't even know what to do with it now. I know I'm not tech savvy.

Summary: Very pleased. I knew going in that I could not update IOS, but with the apps I wanted it did not present a problem. For others this may not be the case. No battery issues to report. I am very pleased.
Summary: Don't confuse 4th generation iPod with the iPhone 4. The 4th Generation iPod is more like an iPhone 3. Wish I had known that before I bought it, but that's my mistake. Not the fault of the vendor. The product works perfectly fine.
Summary: All that I can say is that it is not nearly worth 150 dollars. The condition is awful, things are breaking very quickly, such as the on button will not click and the home button will never work. It requires an assistive touch.
Summary: This was purchased to replace an ailing iPod classic. I understand other people's frustrations with not being able to use current apps and games, but that's not what I bought it for. I have a lengthy commute, so I listen to books in the car. I also need something to provide music while I walk.
