Summary: This item had some minor damage when I received it. I knew it would because the seller advised it was used. However, after about two weeks of working it completely stopped working and I could not get it to charge or turn on anymore. I took it to Apple and they advised that it was unable to be fixed. However, Apple was nice enough to replace it for a fee.
Excerpt: A great player but is over priced for the sound quality. I'm an audiophile and the Sansa Clip kicks the butt out of the ipod for a fraction of the price. I will say that the layout on ipods in general is much better than most.
Excerpt: I had this iPod for about 8 months then it just stopped working. Being that i paid almost 300 dollars for it at the Apple store I would of expected it to last alot longer. I know alot of other people whose iPod touches just stopped working also so I dont know if its just a glitch or not.
Excerpt: I was given one of these by my mom. I soon discovered it is a pain trying to get music off of it - you can put stuff on it but taking it off is hard. Second - the wifi isn't that good. I wanted to use the wifi so I could connect and put other things on it. Didn't work. So its pretty much just a pretty little music player since I cannot even use all the bells and whistles on the thing.
Excerpt: The apple ipod touch is a fragile hand held computer, abalities are endless due to the never ending construction of both usefull, and usleless applications for these apple products. Every thing from checking the wheather to an old style packman application is available.the apple ipod touch comes with a locking system, were a four digit code is required for entery into the ipod. of corse this is optional, aswell as different covers.
Excerpt: Great for wasting time whether you want to or not. Now I appreciate an apple product as much as the next guy... but so far the Ipod Touch Series has failed to impress me (read my review on the 4th gen for a slight change in this) Basically it's a very, very weak computer for a medial cost. I generally like to use my ipods for music and this Ipod Touch was going to be a replacement for my nano 3rd gen. But really, the whole thing is a hindrance to playing music.
Excerpt: it was okay. i got it for my birthday last year. I think its dumb how you have to pay for all of your music. i think you should get a free song for every ten you buy. Doesnt thata seem fair? the applications are good and i love the Call Of Duty World At War: Nazi Zombies app. But i got kind of bummed because it was... 10 DOLLARS. Then i was looking around i saw an app for $999.99.... crazy right! Well overall i would give it a 7 out of 10.
Excerpt: I bought this iTouch because our cell phone carrier doesn't have them available yet. There are so many fun applications for this phone and i love using it for music. However, it only connects to the internet via wifi so you can't use it when you are in your car or moving quickly to various places. I am constantly having to pull into parking lots of hotels or something to be able to connect to a wifi spot to connect to the internet and get the information you need.
Excerpt: I got one as a present for christmas about a year ago. I liked it but it started going south quickly. It holds enough songs yes, but if you leave the screen on the battery runs out way too fast. I like how much you can do on it though. The internet is decently fast, the games never freeze up and there is a large selection both free and costly.
