Apple improves the 2nd generation Touch to near-perfection with extra features and 32GB of storage. With the second generation of its benchmark-setting iPod Touch, Apple has managed to move the gold standard in personal music players yet another notch forward. Though existing touch owners may not find the list of upgrades compelling enough to spur a pricy upgrade, shoppers looking for the most well-rounded, sleek and capable PMP on the market will find the second... I'd Like My Movies to Go, Please With the autumn 2007 launch of those newest iPods, Apple introduced a completely new sub-category with the iPod touch. The slender flash-based multimedia player was reminiscent of the iPhone, released earlier that year, but lacking telecommunications and therefore less expensive. Read more

The new iPod touch delivers nearly all of the non-phone features of the iPhone (apart from a camera, Bluetooth, and GPS), along with a few that might remain unique to the touch, including Nike+ and audio recording. It feels and looks great, fitting the ideal of a perfectly ultramodern iPod, with the same bright and responsive screen (although it ships with the full brightness turned down) and the same highly polished iPod back that is sure to get scratched up quickly if... This cover fits the iPod Touch like a glove and provides protection around the front edges and back. With a screen cover everything except the round circle on the bottom front is protected from scratches. The gel skin makes for a good grip but allows you to see through the case on back. I'm so happy with this buy! I Got this product a couple of months after it got released. I was blown away. There's so much fun to it! You can only have so many apps. There needs to be a 16GB Version but this is from 2008 So I'm not gonna get into that right now. It so easy to use. The Build quality is GREAT! I've dropped it about a dozen times and no cracks. Just a tiny dent. I really think that the Chrome Plate looks nice, but it gets scratched VERY Easily. Read more

I must admit i wasnt sure how i would like this, thats why i purchased a used 2nd gen ipod touch instead of a new one, but now i find myself wondering why i didnt buy one sooner. after getting it i am thinking i should probably have gotten one with more memory, but theres a good reason...
