Poor support for failed battery. Land fills are not the answer.

Summary: This product has great functionality. Attached to swim googles and plays music well. The issue is at 26 months the battery would only hold a charge for 5 min use. I contacted the vendor and got unsatisfactory response. They offer no way to replace the battery.
Summary: I bought this a while ago for occasional use at the beach. I've used it for swimming roughly twenty times. It stopped working suddenly, and from the squishing sounds the buttons make now when you press them, it is obviously waterlogged. I used it as directed.
Summary: This was great for the first few times I used it. Then it totally broke for no reason whatsoever. I couldn't get it to work and iTunes didn't recognize the iPod when I plugged it into the computer. Seems like others have had great experiences, so maybe mine was a dud?
Summary: I loved this product. I purchased with Swimbuds SPORT Waterproof Headphones (Highly recommend headphones). It was amazing to have music underwater to avoid the dullness of swimming laps. This product was wonderful the first 10 times I used it.
Summary: I purchased this for my girlfriend who is a competitive swimmer to help with her training. She swims at indoor pools, and she was thrilled to finally be able to listen to music while training. For the first few months, it worked great! Then not so great. It began to take in water.
Summary: I bought one of these over a year ago and the quality was subpar. I did not feel the company properly backed it's warranty and overall I am very displeased with the product. The company should be more clear on how to properly charge/maintain this product.
Summary: Bought this for my daughter who is on a swim team. She used it one time and loved it. However, after one use will not charge. It was a Christmas present and now is beyond the return date. Very disappointed. Do not waste your money
