WORST iPOD EVER

Summary: glass cracked easier then a glass contact lense, would freeze up, ergonomic layout was a disasters to use enjoyably, AND SLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWW> You would press a button and when nothing you hit again and it was just trying to figure out what the button did and maybe decide to go there. JUNK!!!!!!
Pros: Cant think of ANY! WAIT - of course - the sound quality of ALL the ipods ive owed are 2nd to NONE.
Cons: the thought (or lack of) design, durability, user interface, consistent and smart functioning and layout, proprietary junk apple is forcing us to use, so-so radio *FM NO AM btw. MUST USE of course, itunes on EVERY PC when on the road so good luck! DONT BUY!! and get the first gen CLASSIC!
Summary: I bought this for running and working out. The first humid day, it was killed by sweat. When it worked, it was a bad design for working out/running. You have to look at the touch screen to know what you're pressing, and the screen takes a couple seconds to wake up after you press the power button.
Summary: junk, junk, junk, broken not work at all out of the box. ended up trading it for a refurbished one at i-store. this was not a good experience. Very disappointed with Amazon. DO NOT buy e-gear from Amazon - customer satisfaction is not a priority if even a consideration.
Do not buy this product from Amazon. It is out of warranty before you even get it.

Summary: I bought the first of these two devices a year or so ago. It recently died and will not turn on. Even though it is a discontinued model, since I liked it's form factor for exercising I bought another through Amazon. It also died recently.
Summary: I had this for about a year I think and one day the on/ off button stopped working. Thank goodness I had my other iPod ! Maybe that's why Apple discontinued this model... Over 100.00 down the drain!
Summary: I received this new. Within 6 months the on/off button stopped working. I could still access when I plugged it in but as soon as it went to sleep, I'd have to plug it back in. Next the volume down button stopped working. After almost losing my hearing, I was able to volume down in the settings tab.
