Okay, but room for improvement

Summary: When I finally received the iPod, it came without a cord- which on its own is not a big deal- but it also came still set up with the content and settings of the previous owner. It would've been nice if it was reset to its original factory settings before it was shipped- I have not yet been able to reset the iPod- iTunes always says there is an error. iPod itself is in reasonably good condition and I think my fiancé will enjoy it.
Summary: I bought this for my husband after he lost his old 4th gen iPod. It was plainly advertised as refurbished and seemed like a good price compared with a new 4th gen one. It was in good condition, as advertised by the seller, and came with a charger and ear buds. It worked well ... BUT ... it turned out that he could not load any music from CDs onto it - it would only accept songs we had bought from iTunes.
Summary: When battery died I ordered a new battery and tools that it said was all that was needed to replace. Only when I got to the battery I found out that it was micro soldered and would still have to be taken to a store and charged a $100 to replace. If only they had made the battery replaceable .
Can't tell if there is a display problem - otherwise great

Summary: I can't tell if there is a problem with the display because it looks a little funny when the screen is all white. The background looks like a tv that's left on too long and burned an image into the screen. Otherwise it's really cool. Didn't know there was a built in speaker and video camera.
