Would love the iPod if they would stop freezing up

Summary: Although I'm not the typical 'Apple fanatic' (for example I prefer the Kindle Fire to the iPad), I've owned two 4th generation iPod Nano's. The first one froze up with the first two or three months of ownership and after having to have it sent out to be looked at was finally replaced under an extended warranty I received with the iPod (which was a Father's Day gift).
Summary: but the sighn of used is showen , it seems its been in a storage for a very long time. apple logo on the back looks dirty, and the color of the logo has been changed when i bought it, the add was (LIKE NEW)
Summary: The earphone jack on the ipod does not work properly. It gets disconnected when I move around while listening to music. The memory was not properly cleaned out. There is too much junk left which takes up too much memory. I would have returned it if I could.
Summary: I'd say you get your money's worth with the refurbished version. The MENU and REWIND buttons on my model are... Very sticky to the point of being pretty much useless. I got it to work to my liking, though, and am very greatful to have it. I might not reccomend it though.
Summary: I purchased this because my old ipod was malfunctioning. It's ok. I have to reboot my ipod every few times because itunes will "detect something wrong" or something. It works for the time being.
