arrived broken and cant return it

Summary: it took 2 months to arrive which I can understand but it arrived and it only stays on if its constantly plugged in plus it refuses to let me download a single song and they woundn't even let me return it!
Summary: Buyer Be Aware - I loved my former iPod nano 3rd Gen. So I wanted another one. I order one from iPod Superstore and they sent me one (not really at a discounted price). Every time I am about to use it (only when I travel) I find out that the battery doesn't hold the charge despite fully charging it the night before. It does work if I use it right after I have charged it. It has been a year since I got it and I may have tried to use it 2 or maybe 3 times.
Summary: My 13 year old daughter purchased this with her Christmas money and was unable to restore it on our computer so I had to go to an exchange store to purchase another one. I spent an additional $46 in the exchange!
Summary: Was supposed to be "new". Received it, opened it up and the iPod was scratched all over and more than used. Plugged it in, wont charge and wont turn on. A little stunned, I've used amazon for many years and never had this happen or had any problems. Very dissatisfied with this order.
Summary: I received it and opened the package and noticed the dent in the back and that it said something about a "data wipe". I ordered a new product and did not expect there to be anything but new. I returned it the next day.

Summary: also there was some glue on the back that was obviously an old label that came off. Probably a floor display. I wonder why this was not listed as a reconditioned or used product. First time I was disappointed by Amazon. What happened? Going to the Apple store to get a new product that's not going to blow up on me the first day...
