A good choice if you want a simple MP3 player with a few extra options.

Summary: Being a somewhat obsolete design, you can't really expect much in terms of features or design. And being used, its battery life will always be reduced when compared to a factory-new product. I bought the product to use in my car, which has a cable for connecting the Apple USB Connector to my car's head-unit. However, the head-unit doesn't recognize the iPod Mini 2 gen. like it does my iPhone 4, so the purchase was somewhat of a waste.
Not compatible with all music files, even in iTunes.

Summary: Maybe it's because it's such an older model, but about half of the songs in my iTunes library won't play on it. All of my songs transferred over, but it literally just won't play certain songs- it will just skip to the next. I thought that was a weird compatibility issue since all of the music files were compatible with iTunes and my iPhone, so it had to be an issue with the item.
Summary: Having already experienced the latest that Apple has to offer, I am not impressed with the older version, however, for the technology it is quite adequate. The only exception is that screen is very hard to read in bright light. This product has a limited range of uses, but the quality of workmanship is very good and the quality of sound is quite surprising. I use the unit as input to my amp on my motorcycle, and they can hear me coming with quality music.
Summary: Not the newest ipod but simple functions and descenbt capacity allows me to use this inmy shop . good functions and user friendly i am overly happy with my purchaasw and vwould hightly recommend this one
Summary: Im very happy with this product. It's great. I have all my music and also the accessories that came with it help as far as driving. It connects to the cigaretee lighter and it holds very well with the connection to the Ipod.
