Summary: Love my Paradigm speakers and wasn't sure how I was going to truly enjoy a wi-fi sound system with its limited fidelity quality. I then discovered the Connect-Amp and, voila, I could integrate my existing speakers into the system!! Love, absolutely love, my Sonos system. I have the connect amp, my Paradigms, subwoofer and a Play-3 that we move around the house.
Pros: Easy To Set Up, Good Power Output, Good Remote Control, Great Sound Quality
Summary: I now listen to the radio in the morning without having to get up and go to the stereo system as we can access it via iPad or iPhone. In the evenings while prepping dinner, we listen to old classics and during dinner with the family we listen to more new stuff. Fantastically easy to use.
Connect:Amp is designed for only 1 room & 1 input.

Summary: Fantastic product but only powers a set of speakers who can only play a single input. Do not think this will allow you to have one speaker playing one song, and the other speaker playing another song. Sonos' product documentation/ capabilities is really poor. We figured it out by testing the amp with the app and the bridge.
Summary: The amp I was using before was OK, before it died. When my friend told me about SONOS I was intrigued and when I heard the PLAY1 speaker I was amazed. Read up on the CONNECT AMP and knew right-away it would fit perfectly and it does. It's powering my two Axiom Algonquin Outdoor Speakers with ease and they sound phenomenal.
Pros: Easy To Set Up, Energy Efficient, Good Power Output, Great Sound Quality
Summary: Connect Amp is a phenomenal product when paired with existing speakers and a powered sub. I installed this into our home to use the existing wired speakers in the ceiling associated with an old home theater installation. My home theater is now in the basement and I had two 8" Polk speakers in my living room ceiling. I use the Sonos Connect Amp to power these two speakers and ran the sub out to a 12" Polk powered sub. This sounds great.
Pros: Accurate Controls, Easy To Set Up, Good Power Output, Good Remote Control, Great Sound Quality
Summary: Every product will eventually fail, it is the support we all want to count on when it does and for me, Sonos stepped up to the plate on more than one occasion when they didn't have to ie: warranty. I own 2 zone player 120's and one zone player 90 (names have since changed) I bought them at the same time (2009 I believe) and the novelty has yet to wear off.
Pros: Accurate Controls, Easy To Set Up, Energy Efficient, Good Power Output, Good Remote Control, Great Sound Quality, Nothing Can Beat It Yet, Super Versatility
