Summary: It works and gets the job done, well priced an arrived quickly, I will definatly reccomend this unit to my friends However after 1 month >>>One of 2 failed and I have not recieved return auth.
Summary: I have been using this product for six months from now. Bought this mainly to watch my home videos from my Seagate external hard drive. Was not happy with it in the beginning, it took some time for me to understand the problems and find solutions. The unit tends to over heat causing the video to freeze, some times the audio continues to play with a frozen video. I noticed it freezes sooner when playing a movie from a hard drive and takes around an hour with Netflix.
Love this little box , Netflix interface is a let down

Summary: Have been using the goflex tv for a few weeks now. I haven't had any problems with it playing any file type I've ran through it. It plays ISOs of dvds with full dvd menu, plays vob files, mkv avi everything ,, I really like the fact that the goflex hard drives fit inside the box , more aesthetic than having more junk piled up around the tv. And it even plays everything from my networked hard drive wirelessly (with the optional WiFi adapter) Netflix is where it fails me.
Summary: I purchased this unit about 3 months ago and it works great! I have it connected via ethernet over power adapter to my router upstairs. It sees my Dlink UPNP ShareCenter NAS, where I store my archived DVD collection in .mp4 (h.264) format, music and photos. It plays back Netflix and Pandora without interruption. I've even taken it a step further and installed a UPNP app on my Android phone (iMS) and now I stream content from my phone to my entertainment center as well!
Summary: I am very happy in overall for how its running. First I update the Firmware by connecting it to internet using ethernet cable not wireless to make sure it correctly download the update. Good + Good value compare to similar products in the market. + Wireless capability (optional not included) is great and you don't need to buy the expensive one from Seagate. I use it with "AirLink101 AWLL6075 Wireless N Mini USB Adapter" and it works great.
Summary: We love our new media device. No more Discs! I no longer have to spend time converting videos. We enjoy High Def content that plays beautifully and it is so compact that we are now considering what we should do with our other players and then what to do with all the space. I agree with other reviews, in that the remote could use a subtitle button, but the current method does not take long and is not difficult. The instruction manual needs to be more thorough.
Summary: I am always looking for product that can connect my computer and the TV together without using any wire. I have many foreign drama TV programs in real media, MKT, avi format. The product can play them all without any problem and the quality of video and sound is excellent. I bought this product and Airlink goldent N wireless mini USB adapter(model: AWLL6075). The Airlink wireless adapter cost about $12 compare to the Seagate brand $3x.
Summary: I bought the with one goal in mind: Be able to play all of my ripped (ISO) DVDs on my TV from my server - And it works perfectly. I almost bought a Boxee Box by D-Link since I have been using the software on my PC for about a year now, but I could not justify paying $120 more for just a prettier UI. The GoFlex is functional, the Boxee is functional with a pretty face. Plus as of this moment the Boxee Box still does not support Netflix. That is a huge strike against it.
Summary: Replaced my old laptop with this for a home media player. It works great, I have four 1.5TB Seagate hard drives hooked up to it through a USB adapter port and it finds and orgonized all the movies on them. The only thing I don't like it that it re-indexes them everytime to turn it off and then back on. It takes about 6 minutes for it to locate 1200 movie files. Other than that it is great.
