  • Summary: I'm old. And I love my Roku. I don't need my kids to help me find a movie or catch up on a TV series. It's a no-brain little device. I don't subscribe to everything that the Roku has available to pay for...but for the 3 things that I use, I LOVE it!

  • Summary: Roku customer service is just about the worst. This unit (manufacturer refurbished and certified working by Roku) came with a nonworking RCA video connection, so I had no choice but to use the HDMI port.

ROKU refuses to honor their warranty.

  • Summary: Item comes with 90 day warranty. Worked for a few days then died. ROKU has good product but absolutely the worse service. I want to return this item for another. They continually refuse my numerous requests for a RMA. Made an appointment to receive their telephone call. They never called.

No Longer the Best.

  • Summary: I have two of these and they reset in the middle of the movie almost every time I use them. I called tech support and they had me do a full factory restore, but that did nothing except take a ton of my time signing into all my accounts again and searching for passwords.

  • Summary: DO NOT BUY THIS! I bought one of these from dealfisher and it started acting up within a couple of months. At 5 months it does not work at all anymore. I tried to tell dealfisher about this, but they told me its only a 3 month warranty so they will not do anything about it, which is ridiculous.
