Summary: We used to use this exclusively for streaming television stuff like Netflix, but also had a Roku in the bedroom. The Roku has kept up much better with adding apps so that we have new content available all the time. The Netgear still only carries the limited amount of stuff that it shipped with.
Summary: Good item for WIDI but be sure your computer is equipped with WIDI in order to use this. Great if you are wanting pay per view movies. Not much availability for expanding viewing channel choices. I would advise anyone to pass on the Neo TV and invest in ROKU.
Summary: There are many simularities to this and the Roku, but it is no Roku. Both are simple and strait-forward. Both load apps quite fast. Both include several apps, though Roku many more. NeoTv Pro includes You Tube but is Leanback- Boo!
Summary: There is nothing special about this streamer. It is not bad but neither is it more than just run of the mill. I had written to customer service asking if it supported cc/subtitles. They sent back two emails, I'm guessing from India, that were longer than War and Peace.
Summary: I watch the majority of my TV through Hulu and Netflix. I own a PS3, Roku and recently purchased the NeoTV. While watching Hulu, I find that this box drops my signal all the time. It also does a weird fast-forward buffering of the movie or show.
Summary: I am late the game with this product, but I received it for Christmas from a family member when I moved out of my parents and I was stoked to use it. But there are several things that keep me from enjoying this product as much as I want to. First and foremost, it is super slow sometimes.
