Summary: This device is "OK" if you want to use it for Yupptv. But it is horrible for Netflix. By mistake I have selected my kids profile on Netflix on the NeoTV and I am not able to change that profile. I did complete factory reset, still it is not allowing me to change the profile. Now I have to watch only kids movies that was setup for my kids. Planning to get some other device for netflix. Also this device does not have an option to select subtitles for the movies.
Summary: This is not good for me at least, I purchased this for YuppTV streaming and it use to hang every 5min and i need to reboot the device for it to work every time it hangs, so tried for 2 days and returned the product.
Summary: I went with this player instead of a Roku because of the WiDi feature. I was very disappointed when I hooked it up and the device was not compatible with Windows 8. After looking around, I found I wasn't the only one to be disappointed by that and it appears that Netgear isn't all that interested in fixing the problem.
Summary: Streams beautifully. Connected with MyWiFi on Windows 7, which presented some difficulties with connection. Couldn't find the device a couple of times, had to unplug to reconnect. Now loaded Windows 8 and Intel has not provided an upgrade for the NEO TV so I can't use right now. Tried contacting support but registration tells me my serial number isn't valid. Wow, I guess Netgear is a crap company after all.
Summary: We are currently using the Netgear NeoTV Pro as a Netflix interface :( All the other content offered via the Netgear servers are not usable. The content partners offered are all B tiered services. Most of the content are trailers or videos that are less than 5 mins. Even the remote iphone app is stopped working.
Summary: I got this because the net top I own just isn't up to streaming Hulu Plus. Well this product isn't either, in an attempt to watch shows on Hulu it would lose it's connection and I would have to "retry". When it did play it was smooth but too many interruptions which I have not experienced with Hulu Plus on my net top or on any of my laptops so I know it is a Netgear issue and not a Hulu issue. Also videos loaded VERY slow in both Hulu and Netflix.
Might be good but could not get to connect to laptop, horrible netgear support.

Summary: At first I was excited for this product, but the main purpose was to connect my laptop display to the tv. Could not get it to connect. I tried to leave the following feedback but ironically thier website is malfunctioning. "Yesterday, I talked to a technician for hours. He spent hours trying to solve my issue with the NTV200s.
Summary: I bought this to play Netflix on my TV. Once you get a movie going, it's just fine. But getting to that point is insanely difficult! Pulling up any menu is extremely slow; loading a page of titles, such as my instant queue, takes several minutes to load, and to highlight the next selection takes at least 30 seconds. Forget browsing movies on your TV this way!
