Summary: This is the worst electronic product i have ever bought. Design of the remote control is unusable. I really had hard time to navigate using this remote. And, the voice button is on the right side, Every now and then i press the voice button when i hold the remote. This is really annoying. The application is also messy. The cube navigation is not user friendly & it was not easy to launch an application. Another thing, application specially netflix crash now and then.
This has got to be one of the most annoying devices ever

Summary: So this devices is both MORE expensive than Apple TV yet works half the time? Apps: The apps frequently don't work (especially Amazon Prime!). They work fine on my iPad and PC, but not on the Asus Cube? What's the point of having you, Asus Cube? Remote: OMG, AAGGGHHHHH!!! The arrow buttons tabs in the touchpad side often work as "enter" (stupid, right?) and I have to flip over the remote to use the regular arrow buttons.
Summary: Asus did not fulfill its promise to update the device to version 4.2 and there is no support to him by the company Does not accept a lot of applications From his face counterpart device failed by all standards
Summary: Luckily I paid only $50 for the device but I'm debating if it was even worth that. It was nice to be able to watch tv wo flipping into another input, but some of the basic apps that work fine on my tablets, phones, etc run more streaming apps than this device. Hbo go which works flawlessly on my Apple TV and devices via chrome cast, etc won't even stream. After googling it, found out it's no longer supported despite it being built into the interface.
Summary: This device may access internet tv but it is terrible as a home media player. My BluRay player and TV already do that. As purchased it played a very small percentage of my 7TB of media. And after struggling to use it's own online facilities to find apps that would actually run these files using it's particularly kludgy remote I realized that a proper computer system/media center is still the only answer for power, speed and compatibility.
Summary: The interface is gimmicky. I'm a google fanboy. Truly. GoogleTV just isn't there yet. I have a couple of Chromecast devices that do just about everything I'd want to do with a this device. Maybe someday it'll get an update and make it worthwhile.
Summary: I've tried everything from the Logitech Revue to the Vizio Co-Star. This was much faster than either of the prior boxes I've tried, however the remote leaves something to be desired. I ended up reusing the keyboard controller from the Revue as it seemed to work better than the supplied controller.
