Summary: Not particularly happy with this product. After first use it began smoking through the bottom vents and sending strong electric shocks through the stainless steel workbench. Unsurprisingly, I've boxed it up, but as I didn't try it until after the 30 day returns window, there's no chance of a refund.
If you like mashed beef this machine is the one for you.

Summary: There's nothing about this machine that warrants the name "meat grinder". One spends more time cleaning the machine than actually grinding the meat. And it comes out mashy. I used it once and promise you that I will never ever use it again. What a waste of 99 quid!
Summary: they is a gap between the blade and the actual disc, meat gets clogged and blocks the holes as the blade does not touch the disc, usless really, this means the meat is forced through and mushes it as suppose to mincing it, i would not reccomend this as i have tried 2 machines both had the same issue
Bad quality mincing and extremely low product life

Summary: HI, i was never really happy with the mincer as it did not mince well. The meat would always get stuck, i would have to take it apart, take the pieces out, mince again. Such a hassle. But the worst part is that it stopped working now. I only bought it 2.5 years ago.
Summary: I was waiting for this product, the instruction on assembly were clear and setting it up was fairly easy, but I was very disappointed when I tried to use it. The meat comes out mushy, rather than minced.
Summary: First tried this with lamb and the result was mush. The machine had to be taken apart 4 times whilst trying to mince just one lot of meat. I was very frustrated and put the machine away and ignored it for a while. Got it out today to mince some beef.
