Summary: Kenwood have used plastic gear wheels inside, and one got stripped on just the second use of the grinder. I don't understand why they think using plastic gearing for this type of machine is a good idea. Also, dishwasher removed all the shiny coating off the various parts.
Summary: This is the first meat grinder I have ever owned, as I was always apprehensive of getting involved. Thus product made it a breeze. Not only did I grind my own venison meat, I even made my own sausages. The motor is powerful and makes short work of the grinding process.

Summary: I wasn't sure about the random no-name grinders out there making huge power claims so played safe and went for Kenwood. I have not regretted the decision as this is solidly build and performs well. It's a bit noisy but since its not on for that long it isn't an issue for me.
Summary: My old mincer gave up the ghost and I used it so much, I needed a replacement so I got this. I like to make soups, this does the job, easily. After a lamb roast I like to make a Shepherd's Pie, done. Same when making a Cottage Pie with Beef. The motor is powerful and parts are easy to clean.
Summary: It worked fine for a while (3 batches of homemade sausages) but last time I used it just stopped working. The screw wouldn't turn so I opened it up and discovered that the gear that is connected to the engine is metal but all the other ones are plastic, so even the smallest jam will destroy the cogs...
Summary: Does a good job, but the instruction diagrams are far too small and need to be revised as the cutting blade diagram placement - direction is far too confusing. The metal body keep the grinder cool.
Summary: First tried this with lamb and the result was mush. The machine had to be taken apart 4 times whilst trying to mince just one lot of meat. I was very frustrated and put the machine away and ignored it for a while. Got it out today to mince some beef.
Summary: I bought it to make sausages at home as I was looking for a way to be sure what I was eating, it works great. Is a little bit noisy but is fast as well, so you won't need to keep it running for long time, on the back there's a Reverse button that I noticed recently, the build seems to be time and...
