Summary: Firstly, I'm not a big gamer so haven't got a lot to compare this with. Having said that, it looks better to me than much of what I've seen on my son's Xbox & Playstation. I think the game has only been ported to Mac relatively recently. I had some initial set-up issues with my steering wheel (360 Modena) but after trying a few things and emailing the help desk, i've found a very acceptable set-up. The game seems to have endless types of vehicle to race inc.
Summary: I purchased this game mainly because of the Australian V8 Supercars series, and was pleasantly surprised by the variety on offer. So far, in about two months I've only completed a measly 16% of the game, and considering all the bonus series you apparently can unlock, that's really, really just scratching the surface.
Summary: If you are into driving games this is a hit. It is very entertaining but also difficult and challenging to complete.... I am still working on it. The graphics could be bit better compared to games I have seen but when you are driving you do not have time to focus on that.
Summary: I'll make my one and only major criticism first - the menu system. I pain to navigate quickly and logically. Playing the game however is a different experience. I didn't think this many race classes existed, let alone could be crammed into one game. There's everything from remote control cars to Formula Palmer racing. All in glarious detail. The favourite aspect is the physics and handling.
