Top game

motoeuro, amazon.co.uk

  • Summary: This is excellent, the attention to actual events is pretty good, gameplay great but some areas are slightly repetitive. Keeps you on your toes, excellent keyboard and mouse interface, good graphic representation, I loved this so much, Ive played it 3 times from end to end. For what this costs now, just get it and enjoy.

Really annoyed!!!

Jindiana Ones "Jindi", amazon.co.uk

  • Summary: I was really looking forward to this game arriving as i don't have any games for my macbook, and having a broken leg, i figured this would be the perfect way to pass time whilst bed bound. However, when the game arrived, it was without activation code, rendering the game utterly useless. Least to say i was very upset, and what's more, i can't return it as I can't get to the PO to make the return. Gutted!

Simply the best game made in the past 6 years

Paul T "pt44", amazon.co.uk

  • Summary: Where do I start. This game is old. Its been out for around 6 years. I've played it since day 1. Many people look at games at the single player level. That's fine. However, COD2 is all about the Multiplayer online game. I played Cod1 as soon as it was available on the Mac. Then I made myself a PC and bought it for the PC. As soon as Call of Duty 2 came out I bought it for the PC and started playing online. The single player is fun - but won't last that long.

Awesome, as realistic as the best war movies

Christoph Jaeger "jaeger371", amazon.co.uk

  • Summary: I am not gonna repeat what the other reviewers have said. The graphics and gameplay are great, atmosphere too. You really feel the pain when you play in veteran mode and one of the very hard AI opponents smacks you 3 bullets in a second. To me on this game there is only one downside (talking single player mode here): the lack of score/stats/result.

Essential

S. Mullins "unboxfresh", amazon.co.uk
4 August 2007
  • Summary: Amazing game - Significantly improved ofver cod1 and uo. faster, more relisttic enemy behavior, overall faster pace to the game - no having to find med kits. I would whole heartly reccomend this game - it ran more or less ok on a 2.1ghz g5imac with 1.5gb of ram (actually got it via a torrent) but would say it does slow down once or twice - usually in big open battles - you have to have nothing else running with the processor set to Highest. No big deal really.

  • Summary: If you're a fan of Medal of Honor then you're in for a treat. This superb Mac version of Call of Duty 2 is fantastic fun in either the campaign-based single player mode or the multiplayer mode.
