Summary: I was very keen on buying this one, but the spec is not clear. The product title does not mention 'AF' and feels like a manual focus lens. however the product description mentions in the last line as 'AF' again not in the heading. This is quite confusing.
Summary: Received my Tamron 90 mm lens from Flipcart within 3 days of my order. This lens is very special in the sense it is 1:1. The chromatic aberration is very minimal. The sharpness of the pictures is also great. Except for the sound of the auto focus there is not much to complaint with.
Summary: I purchased this lens one week back and was completely impressed with its performance. I own a Nikon D5100 and this is my first Non-Nikon lens. I was using Close-up filters and reversal rings but couldn't get 1:1 macro as expected. But this lens does the job well. Pros: 1.
Summary: Bought this lens a week back. Pros: Great Sharpness Autofocus works good. Out of the world bokhe at 1:1 Cons: VERY noisy focus. Autofocus hunts in low light. A tripod is extremely Recommended. If you want great macro shots, use tripod and good flash.
Conclusion: It is comparatively cheap on price, but great on performance. It gives super sharp images and is one of the best in this price range. It has a light body which makes it easy to handle. Definitely one which should be considered.
