Thrilled with Tamron

Bob, B&H Photo
10 January 2016
  • Excerpt: I have to tell you that I am thrilled with my Tamron 24 to 70 mm F2 .8 lens for my Nikon D 7200. I had a friend that loaned me the Nikon 24-70 mm and I was very pleased with that as well. However, at the time I could not afford the Nikon version.

Great lens for Nikon D750

Marv the Urbanist, B&H Photo
5 January 2016
  • Excerpt: I have been using a Nikon D300, with the Nikkor 18-200mm VR lens, since 2008, rather casually I must say, doing mostly urban photography. A couple of years ago I decided to try portraiture and flowers so I purchased the Nikkor 105mm f/2.8 VR Micro and the 50mm f/1.8 (great lenses).
  • Pros: Easily Interchangeable, Fast / accurate auto-focus, Image quality, Strong Construction

Works as expected

Mikey, B&H Photo
5 January 2016
  • Excerpt: I use it for general photography and landscapes. No issues at all. Photos are sharp with good color. Focus is not lightning fast, but fast enough for everyting I do. It's performed great for both landscapes and wildlife. The F2.8 is great for use in low light.
  • Pros: Consistent Output, Fast / accurate auto-focus, Strong Construction
