Excerpt: I use this as my primary lens and it works wonderful. clear, easy to use, compact. a Great addition to my collection, I do mostly landscape photography.. The price was just right for my budget, I would recommend this lens to everyone who is into photography.

Summary: Can confirm that it works with the A7s with the LA-EA4 Adapter. Full autofocus. It makes the same noise when autofocusing that it did when it was a film camera lens. It's as sharp as anything I would expect at this price point.
Summary: An amazing lens, this packs every focal length you could need into one solid lens. I've used it for photojournalism and have produced some outstanding images. Sharpness is really good, AF speed is solid, and the lens is very compact when walking around.
