Tamron AF 18-270mm f/3.5-6.3 Di II VC PZD - Review / Test Report
29 June 2010
Conclusion: The AF 18-270mm f/3.5-6.3 Di II VC PZD combines the largest zoom range currently available with Tamron's reliable optical stabilization, all packed into a very compact lens with good but not stellar build quality. Sharpness is generally very good in the image center, but suffers towards the borders and corners when the lens is used with wide open aperture. Towards the upper zoom range not even stopping down helps to lift the border sharpness to good values.
